We're seeking advanced Excel experts with deep, hands‑on experience in the Manufacturing domain to bring real‑world spreadsheet and analytical expertise that elevates the quality of our AI training data.

This role is for professionals who apply advanced Excel — modeling, data analysis, dashboards, and automation — to Manufacturing work such as production planning, bill‑of‑materials and inventory modeling, OEE and throughput analysis, cost‑of‑goods modeling, and supply and demand forecasting.

This is a W‑2 employment position with Cincinnatus LLC, with the opportunity to be placed at a leading AI Lab as part of their extended workforce.

• Guide research teams to close knowledge gaps and improve AI model performance on Excel‑based tasks within the Manufacturing domain.
• Design realistic, domain‑relevant Excel tasks drawn from your professional experience, and write accurate, well‑structured solutions.
• Evaluate Excel tasks and solutions and provide clear, written feedback.
• Collaborate with other subject matter experts to ensure consistency and accuracy in training data.

• Demonstrated advanced, professional‑level Excel expertise
  , including advanced formulas (e.g., XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, dynamic arrays), Pivot Tables, data modeling, dashboards, Power Query, Power Pivot, and macros/VBA.
• Hands‑on professional experience applying Excel within the Manufacturing domain.
• Demonstrable career progression in your field.
• Ability to engage reliably for at least 20 hours/week during weekdays
