Location: Village of Tarrytown
Role
Senior Scientist in Process Development within Regeneron's Drug Product Development and Technology department, focusing on biologics including siRNA and mAb drug products.
Responsibilities- lead drug product process development activities across unit operations
- support cross-scale model implementation
- facilitate technology transfer to manufacturing
- establish in-house DP capabilities (equipment setup, lab design)
- Independently design and execute formulation and fill-finish studies
- support regulatory documentation
- contribute to scientific publications and patents
- Present findings internally and externally
- evaluate emerging technologies to improve development processes
- Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Pharmaceutics, or related field with 0-3 years (Ph.D.)
- MS with 8+ years
- BS with 10+ years of industry experience
- Strong communication skills
- Team collaboration
- Publication record required
- Preferred: experience in biologics drug formulation
- Process characterization
- GMP
- Hands-on knowledge of DP unit operations and small-scale modeling

Work setupon-site in Tarrytown, NY with some travel for CMO interactions and conferences.
