Process Technician – Research and Development

Corning is seeking skilled, motivated individuals to join our experimental research and development equipment and pilot lines as Process Technicians. This role focuses on hands‑on work, problem solving, and collaboration with engineers, scientists, and technicians.

• Set up, assemble, and maintain equipment.
• Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot equipment across production and R&D environments.
• Ensure safety, quality, and efficiency of operations.
• Collaborate with engineers, scientists, and technicians in a learning environment.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

• AAS technical degree.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.

• Ability to lift 50 lbs.

The starting pay for this position is $38.04 per hour. Compensation and benefits are dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement.
