Temporary Associate Scientist - TP Bioassay - R50513 Location
Tarrytown, NY
Position DescriptionAt Regeneron, we use science and innovation to develop life-changing medicines for people with serious diseases. We are seeking a highly motivated Associate Scientist to join our Therapeutic Proteins Bioassay group, supporting antibody conjugate modalities in an on-site capacity. In this role, you will perform cell-based assays to screen and characterize small molecules, antibodies, and antibody conjugates while collaborating with cross-functional teams across Therapeutic Proteins.
RolesResponsibilities
- Culture various mammalian cell lines to support ongoing assay work
- Perform cell-based assays to screen and characterize small molecules, antibodies, and antibody conjugates
- Execute cell-based assays using 96- and 384-well formats
- Perform flow cytometry assays to assess binding
- Analyze data and prepare slides to present and communicate findings effectively
- Collaborate across groups in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Multitask across multiple assay work streams with strong attention to detail
- Hands-on experience with mammalian cell culture
- Ability to multitask with strong attention to detail
- Experience running cell-based assays in multi-well formats
- Experience with flow cytometry
- Motivated to support cutting-edge antibody conjugate research
- Bachelor?s degree with 2 years of relevant experience or a Master?s degree with 0-2 years of experience
- Experience with mammalian cell culture
- Experience with cell-based assays in multi-well format and flow cytometry preferred
