The USGS Great Lakes Science Center’s Oswego Biological Station (Oswego, NY) is hiring a full-time, 40-hour/week, 12-month Student Contractor to assist with fisheries research. The preferred start date is December 2026, with potential extension to a second year depending on funding.
The pay rate is $20.81/hour for candidates with a bachelor’s degree; higher degrees do not increase pay. Field duties include supporting surveys on the R/V Kaho and other vessels, with living aboard for up to 12
