We seek individuals with a passion for Guest service and providing a great Team Member experience. Successful restaurant managers (RM) typically have 2+ years of experience in roles such as shift managers or assistant restaurant managers (AM) in quick service restaurants.

The manager assists the Operating Director in providing direction, training, and ensuring that Guests’ expectations are exceeded, Team Members are treated fairly and with respect, and each shift meets its business goals.

A PDQ Manager:

• Has excellent people and Guest service skills
• Is fully proficient in all aspects of the kitchen
• Manages both Front and Heart of the House operations
• Focuses relentlessly on quality and meeting or exceeding standards
• Handles all product ordering and receiving
• Schedules and manages efficient shifts of Team Members
• Can read, interpret, and positively impact P&L statements
• Operates the business according to strict PDQ standards
• Cultivates a diverse culture where Team Members feel safe, secure, and free from harassment
• Coaches and trains Team Members, recognizing and rewarding performance and effort
