About the Role

Restaurant Manager at Doherty Enterprises, overseeing a high‑volume bakery‑cafe and leading a team in a fast‑casual environment.

• Lead all daily restaurant operations, ensuring a high‑quality menu and excellent guest service.

• Minimum 1 year experience as a Restaurant Manager (fast casual & full‑service, high‑volume restaurants preferred).
• Valid driver’s license in good standing and a car.
• Able to work approximately a 50‑hour week on rotating shifts, including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Can commute up to 25‑30 miles each way.
• Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills; self‑motivation and initiative.
• 18 years of age; authorized to work in the USA.
