Position OverviewWe are looking for a Sous Chef to join one of our school catering teams. The role involves preparing food for break, lunch and dinner services.
Requirements- NVQ level 2 in Professional Cookery or equivalent
- Proven craft skills and a real passion for fresh food
- Prepare food for break, lunch and dinner services during term time only
- Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene and safety
- Assist in creating menus and maintaining inventory
- Support kitchen team in efficient daily operations
