• Supervise food safety and cleanliness procedures.
• Communicate effectively with crew and other shift managers to run smooth shifts.
• Achieve shift targets and help departments meet their goals.
• Monitor safety, security, inventory, and profitability.
• Manage crew schedules and encourage high performance.
• Provide exceptional customer service and quality food production.
• Train new team members on critical job functions.

• Previous experience in a managerial or supervisory role preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
