The Thomas organization McDonald’s franchises are owned and operated by Herbert and Nellie Thomas, who have 30+ years of experience as McDonald’s Owner Operators. Salaries start at $17/hr up to $18/hr with experience.

Managers lead shifts every day, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure quality, service, and cleanliness for customers.

- Take responsibility for delivering outstanding customer service and assigning duties thoughtfully.
- Participate in development of team members and monitor inventory and restaurant labor.
- Ensure everyone follows company guidelines, policies, and procedures.
- Follow food safety procedures according to company policies and health and sanitation regulations.
- Interact pleasantly and courteously with each customer and greet them with a smile.
- Ensure lobby tables, floors, and bathrooms are clean.
- Report to each shift on time, ready to work; timeliness and positive attitude influence our customers and coworkers.
- Report to all shifts wearing a neat and clean uniform. Dress to impress; take your job seriously.
