Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the juice bar
Deliver top-quality service
Develop menu offerings, including smoothies, juices, and healthy snacks
Ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for all customers in accordance with the NYS regulations
Manage inventory and coordinate with vendors for fresh ingredients
Collaborate with fitness center staff to create promotions and member discounts
Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety
Qualifications:
Previous experience in food/beverage
Knowledge of health-focused beverages and nutrition
Strong customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Passion for health and wellness
Food Handler Certificate required
