Location: Hopewell Junction
Responsibilities
- Prepares and cooks meat, fish, poultry, soups, vegetables, macaroni, desserts, salads and other foods.
- Prepares cakes, pies, rolls and a variety of other desserts.
- Supervises and participates in the cleaning of serving, storage and dining areas, and in the care of equipment.
- May supervise the proper storing of food.
- May keep simple related records.
- Does related work as required.
May supervise Assistant Cook or Food Service Helper.
Hours are 6:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
Qualifications- High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED);
- Two (2) years of experience in large scale cooking and food preparation;
- OR an equivalent combination of experience and training.
- Cashier/computer skills required.
