JR Sous Chef –
Starwood Hotels
We are seeking a detail‑obsessed Junior Sous Chef specialized in pastry to lead a high‑volume, fast‑paced scratch kitchen. The role involves managing daily operations, supervising line staff, handling inventory, and delivering on‑the‑spot solutions.
Responsibilities- Motivate an amazing team while managing daily kitchen operations.
- Assist in all manner of food prep and line staff supervision.
- Handle inventory and produce thoughtful on‑the‑spot solutions.
- Minimum of 2 years of similar work experience in pastry.
- Post‑secondary diploma or degree is a plus.
- Advanced knowledge of culinary operations and proven financial performance.
- Strong leadership, communication (verbal & written), and guest and team engagement skills.
- Flexible and willing to work a 24‑hour operation.
Hourly Pay: $32.00
