Why This Role Matters

What You’ll Lead

• Quick service restaurant with Shake Shack brand standards
• Cost control, ordering, and scheduling
• Hiring, training & team leadership
• Guest experience & hospitality standards
• Collaboration with airport leadership
• Forecasting, budgeting & business planning

What You Bring

• Minimum 3 years as a Quick-Service Restaurant GM required. Shake Shack GM level experience highly desirable.
• Strong financial and operational skills
• Ability to manage high-volume, multi-priority environments
• Experience leading diverse teams
• A mindset geared toward service, coaching, and accountability
• Comfortable using POS systems, MS Office, and operational tools
• A desire to grow — we promote strong leaders fast
