We’re currently in search of a Food & Beverage Manager who shares these values and will champion them.

We’re looking for a people magnet, a genius at anticipating obstacles and finding quick solutions. Most important, someone who’s not afraid to get in the trenches with their team to achieve the ultimate outcome.

• Lead and motivate the Food & Beverage team.
• Elevate service and quality standards.
• Cultivate a learning environment for staff.
• Anticipate obstacles and provide quick solutions.
• Operate effectively in a 24‑hour, full‑time environment.

• Minimum of 3 years of similar Food & Beverage management experience.
• Post‑secondary diploma or degree is a plus.
• Advanced knowledge of food & beverage operations.
• Strong leadership with a proven track record in guest and team engagement and financial performance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexibility to meet the demands of a 24‑hour operation.
