Dishwasher

The Dishwasher (Kitchen Utility Worker) is responsible for assisting in the efficient operation of the kitchen and restaurants by maintaining cleanliness standards through the operation of dishwashing equipment and sinks, removing garbage, cleaning of equipment and work areas including the sweeping and mopping of floors. The Dishwasher (Kitchen Utility Worker) will also assist in general food preparation for events. Working alongside your coworkers to reach all your goals as one team.

• Prepare tableware for washing, i.e., scrape plates, pre-soaks silver, places all items to be washed in their proper rack.
• Sets up dishwashing machine, i.e., drains closed, tanks filled, temperatures at correct level, detergents at proper level.
• Washes dish and then stack and stores China in appropriate kitchen area.
• Thoroughly cleans dishwashing equipment and working areas.
• Collect all soiled pots, wash and restacks cleaned pots on shelves.
• Responsible for all removal of garbage.
• Mops and sweeps floors.
• Other Duties as assigned

Target Salary Range: min $16.50, mid $18.00, max $20.00
