Assistant Manager

Overview

As an Assistant Manager at Enoteca, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting in managing daily business operations and maintaining a high standard of service quality.
• Supporting senior management in implementing business strategies and achieving company goals.
• Overseeing staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns and enhancing the dining experience.
• Collaborating with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to maintain seamless service.
• Monitoring inventory levels, ordering supplies, and managing cost controls.
• Upholding health and safety standards in line with regulatory requirements.
