Who We’re Looking For- At least 1 year of serving experience.
- Interested in Japanese cuisine and culture.
- Friendly, confident, and enjoys engaging with guests.
- Values teamwork and mutual respect.
- Fluent in English (Japanese language skills are a plus).
- Positive mindset and willingness to learn.
- Someone who wants to accomplish something meaningful in New York.
- Someone who wants to contribute to the community through hospitality.
- Interested in sake education or becoming a Sake Sommelier.
- Someone with future goals in restaurant, hospitality, or management.
Experience is important—but we hire based on attitude, passion, and potential.
