Job Summary

Cold Food Delicatessen position at Morgan Stanley location 750 7th Ave, New York, NY 10019. Full-time Monday-Friday 7am-3pm. Pay range $24-$26 per hour.

• Obtains daily production schedule and preparation requirements from Chef.
• Prepares sandwich meats, cheeses, condiments and salads using approved production standards.
• Stocks and replenishes deli/cold products and condiments following approved merchandising guidelines.
• Carrying pans, kettles and trays of food to and from workstation, stove and refrigerator.
• Storing food in designated areas following HACCP standard wrapping, dating and rotation procedures.
• Cleaning, sanitizing and maintaining counters, work surfaces, refrigeration units and floors in the preparation and serving areas.
• Placing meat, cheese or vegetables on cutting board and cutting slices to designated thickness; operating slicing machine.
• Interacting with coworkers to ensure compliance with company service standards, inventory and cash control procedures.
• Maintaining clean, safe work environment to comply with sanitation, Serv Safe and safety requirements.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

• Previous food service experience in cold preparation, high volume production, and strong customer service.
• Knowledge of HACCP and sanitation standards.
• Ability to work full-time Monday-Friday 7am-3pm at Morgan Stanley location.
