We are seeking Bartenders
. Bartenders at Five Iron Golf are dedicated to delivering exceptional service and genuine hospitality. Bartenders greet customers with a smile, learn about their preferences, are helpful in answering any questions, recommend menu items, and prepare and serve beverages and food. Bartenders report directly to the General Manager.

• Provide above-and-beyond service to Guests with a friendly face
• Expertise in spirits/beer/wine
• Maintain an appealing and Guest-ready bar area
• Determine Guests’ beverage preferences and make on-point recommendations
• Manage inventory and order supplies to ensure bar is clean and well-stocked
• Create fresh and new ideas for specials, cocktails, and promos
• Understand all key business functions, including simulator functionality
• Verify identification to ensure customers are the legal age to purchase alcohol
• Take pride and ownership of each Guest’s enjoyment and fun at Five Iron Golf

• Server and/or hospitality experience encouraged but NOT required
• Upbeat energy and enthusiasm
• Positive attitude
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and work with a team
• Ability to stand, walk, and bend for long periods of time
• Ability to obtain proper licensing and certifications for the location
• Meet state minimum age to serve alcohol
• Proficient verbal and oral communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Pay: $11.35/hr + tips
