Job DescriptionOur baristas are the face of Birch Coffee and represent the brand from the moment they arrive take our coffee very seriously and our customer service even more seriously! We strive to create experiences for our guests daily that revolve around respect, courtesy, and empathy.
We expect our baristas to deliver impeccable hospitality to our guests and their fellow teammates. You should be knowledgeable about our offerings through tastings and information provided by your store leads. Additionally, baristas are expected to fully support the store and its needs by working collaboratively with teammates toward a common goal.
We are looking for individuals passionate about coffee and hospitality. Candidates should take pride in their work, show up giving 100% every shift, and be punctual. Ability to follow the leadership of your store lead is essential.
