Banquet Server

Under the direction of the Events Manager, the Banquet Server is responsible for set up, execution, and break-down of all The Mansion at Keuka Lake events and to assist guests while providing a satisfying, luxurious high-quality food and beverage service experience.

• Set up event space as outlined in the Banquet Event Order.
• Set tables prior to guest arrival with appropriate utensils, tablecloths, condiments etc.
• Understand and be able to describe the specific food and beverage menu for every event.
• Prepare cocktails as ordered and bring to guests or deliver orders to Bartender.
• Run food from kitchen with trays or by hand, as needed.
• Complete all side work and daily cleaning tasks.
• Adhere to cleaning duties required at end of shift.
• Remove dishes and glasses from tables and take to kitchen during meals.
• Report all issues in the dining area to restaurant management team.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the service area.
• Attend all mandatory training and meetings.
• Maintain positive and helpful attitude with all guests and The Mansion at Keuka Lake employees.
• Maintain a professional demeanor and adhere to proper dress policy, as defined in the Employee handbook.
• Able to remain in control during high volume situations.
• Performs other duties as required or assigned by management.
