Castell Rooftop Lounge 260 West 40th Street near 8th Avenue. As a bartender, your mission is to create exceptional dining experiences for all guests to keep them coming back.

You will operate the bar to ensure that beverages are prepared and served in a way that creates brand promoters. You will also be a part of and contribute to our positive work culture. We are seeking a part‑time bartender with potential to go full time. Weekends and brunch availability are a must.

• Strong beverage knowledge (spirits, wine regions, varietals, flavor profiles)
• Passion for drinks, food and service
• Understands restaurant operations and services
• Team player; you have your team's back, and they have yours
• Ability to learn quickly & be flexible
• A good sense of humor
• Must be at least 18 years old
