• Communicate constantly and quietly with Management and service staff to ensure seamless service for all guests
• Keep the dining room, service stations, and sidework areas organized, stocked, and spotless — because every detail matters
• Quickly clean and turnover tables to maintain dining room efficiency
• Handle glassware, silverware, and plateware with care
• Participate in pre-shifts, trainings, and team meetings — because we grow together
• Work together with your teammates to keep the energy high and the service seamless — at Rosa Mexicano, teamwork is always on the menu

• Guest Service Experience - 1 Year preferred
• Ability to multi-task while staying organized
• Ability to stand on your feet through a shift
• High School Degree or GED required
