• Provide above‑and‑beyond service to guests with a friendly face
• Demonstrate expertise in spirits, beer, and wine
• Maintain an appealing and guest‑ready bar area
• Determine guests’ beverage preferences and make on‑point recommendations
• Manage inventory and order supplies to ensure bar is clean and well‑stocked
• Create fresh and new ideas for specials, cocktails, and promotions
• Understand all key business functions, including simulator functionality
• Verify identification to ensure customers are the legal age to purchase alcohol
• Take pride and ownership of each guest’s enjoyment and fun at Five Iron Golf

• Server and/or hospitality experience encouraged but NOT required
• Upbeat energy and enthusiasm
• Positive attitude
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and collaborate with a team
• Ability to stand, walk, and bend for long periods of time
• Ability to obtain proper licensing and certifications for the location
• Meet state minimum age to serve alcohol
• Proficient verbal and oral communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
