  On‑call schedule; shifts based on needs (more details upon interview)
• Requirement:
  Catering experience preferred
• Pay: $25.00 – $32.00 per hour

• Assist with setup, service, and breakdown of catered meetings and events
• Follow direction from Catering Captains to execute service plans accurately and efficiently
• Serve food and beverages with professionalism and attention to detail
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation of service areas throughout events
• Support replenishment of buffets, break stations, and beverage service

• Previous experience in catering, banquets, events, or hospitality service preferred
• Reliable, punctual, and comfortable taking direction in a structured service environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to move quickly while maintaining composure

• Assemble and deliver all food and supplies for catered functions to their scheduled locations
• Log and maintain food temperatures
• Arrange tables and decorations
• Arrange buffet tables with food, beverage and service items according to standards
• Serve food and beverages to guests
• Thoroughly clean location after event is completed
• Return food and beverages, serving equipment and utensils to catering facility
• Distribute and collect customer comment cards for catered functions
• Stock, clean and maintain catering facility and equipment
• Ensure guests receive friendly, courteous service at all times
• Maintain in‑depth knowledge of complete menu and products on hand
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow safety and sanitation policy and procedures at all times
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Valid driver’s license may be required; must possess or be able to obtain a valid food handler’s permit and/or alcohol servers’ permit where required by state law
