The holiday magic is in the air and our Uncle Giuseppes Marketplace in Yorktown Heights, NY is gearing up for a festive season! We’re seeking an enthusiastic Seasonal Part‑Time Catering Clerk to join our team from early October through the first week of December 2025.

This seasonal position offers a salary of $21.05/hour. Since this is a Seasonal position, there are no company benefits associated with this temporary job.

As a Catering Clerk, you'll play an important role in ensuring our customers enjoy a seamless and delicious catering experience. From packing and preparing catering orders to making timely deliveries with a smile, you'll help create memorable moments for our guests during the busiest (and most joyful) time of year.

• Greet all customers warmly and provide prompt, courteous assistance
• Prepare and pack catering orders for delivery and pickup, ensuring all items are included (utensils, tablecloths, condiments, serviceware, etc.)
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace
• Take customer orders in person or over the phone, ensuring accuracy
• Process online orders and payments efficiently
• Assist with in‑store demos and catering displays
• Unload and load catering‑related deliveries as needed
• Follow all food safety and company safety policies
• Perform additional duties as assigned

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years or older
• Prior catering or food service experience in a fast‑paced setting preferred
• Friendly, professional communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs safely and stand/walk for the duration of your shift
• Comfortable working in environments with varying temperatures
• Team‑oriented but also able to work independently
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

• Reliable, detail‑oriented, and proud of your work
• Enjoys being part of a supportive team during the exciting holiday rush
• Eager to learn and always willing to help wherever needed

• Stand, walk, bend, lift, and reach for extended periods (up to 8 hours)
• Interact continuously with customers and coworkers in a busy environment
• Work safely around various food allergens and in fluctuating temperatures
