Role DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated and organized Kitchen Manager (Seasonal) to join our team at The Clam Bar Hamptons LLC. This is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Amagansett, NY. As a Kitchen Manager, you will oversee daily kitchen operations, manage food preparation and cooking, ensure food quality and safety standards are met, and lead and support the kitchen team. You will also be responsible for inventory management, maintaining cleanliness, and collaborating with front‑of‑house staff to deliver an exceptional dining experience.
Qualifications- Strong skills in Food Preparation, Cooking, and maintaining Food Quality standards
- Experience and proficiency with Food & Beverage operations in a fast‑paced environment
- Proven expertise in Culinary Management and supervising kitchen teams
- Knowledge of safety and sanitation regulations in food service
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
- Prior experience in a similar role is highly preferred
