Join our team as a Waitstaff at The Bristal Assisted Living
. The Bristal is a premier senior care organization that values individuality and offers a senior community experience grounded in hospitality with a higher purpose.

We provide chef‑prepared meals and a country‑club dining experience three times a day. Friendly, professional, and compassionate service is essential for delivering an exceptional dining experience to our residents. Your role will ensure all meals are served and presented to the highest standards, supporting the residents’ quality of life and wellbeing.

• Patiently and cheerfully take resident meal orders.
• Check station tables for settings and cleanliness.
• Read the menu before service so you can knowledgeably guide residents in their selections.
• Assist in plating and portion control of selected items (appetizers, salads, soups, beverages, desserts).
• Buss tables at the end of the meal.

• Experience as a waiter/waitress in a restaurant or food‑service venue.
• Ability to function in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong multitasking ability.
• Good communication, customer service, and people skills.
• Professional, patient, and able to satisfy a demanding customer base.
• Experience with a senior population is preferred but not required.
• Team player, willing to help out where needed to ensure a pleasurable dining experience.
• Familiarity with food safety, preparation, and board of health guidelines is a plus.
• Ability to adapt to different personality types and situations positively.
• Always reliable, caring, and gentle in actions and demeanor.
• Maintains a deep respect for the elderly and remains calm at all times.
