About the OpportunityLéon 1909, a polished French-Italian countryside restaurant, is hiring a full-time Sommelier/Wine Steward for its curated wine program. This is an excellent role for a sommelier with fine-dining or Michelin-style experience who wants year-round employment, strong earnings, and a supportive, hospitality-driven culture.
$1,300–$2,000/week (avg $68K–$100K/year)
Weekly pay (tips included in paycheck)
Housing available: $500/month (utilities included)

What You’ll Do- Lead wine service and maintain a refined cellar program
- Provide expert pairings & elevated guest interactions
- Support polished, warm fine-dining service
- Lead wine training & education for the FOH team
- Fine-dining or Michelin-style experience (required)
- Polished, warm communication style
- Reliable transportation & U.S. work eligibility
