Responsibilities- Supervise food safety and cleanliness procedures to ensure the team meets McDonald’s standards.
- Communicate effectively with Crew and next Shift Managers to help prepare for a great shift.
- Achieve targets during shifts and help departments meet goals.
- Take action to monitor safety, security, inventory, and profitability.
- Manage Crew schedules and encourage high performance during the shift.
- Provide exceptional customer service and quality food production.
- Train new team members on critical job functions.
Pay Range: $17.75–$19.75 per hour.
