Our baristas are the face of Birch Coffee and represent the brand from the moment they arrive take our coffee very seriously and our customer service even seriouser! We strive to create experiences for our guests daily that revolve around respect, courtesy and empathy.
Responsibilities- Deliver impeccable hospitality to guests and teammates.
- Stay up to speed on coffee offerings through tastings and training provided by store leads.
- Fully support the store’s needs by working with teammates as one unit toward one common goal.
- Follow the leadership and instructions of the store lead.
- Passionate about coffee and hospitality.
- Take great pride in work and exhibit 100% dedication every shift.
- Punctual and reliable.
- Starting pay: $15.00/hour plus tips.
