As a server, your mission at Castell Rooftop Lounge is to create exceptional dining experiences for all guests to keep them coming back. You'll help with menu selections, quickly refill beverages, and ensure food arrives on time, consistently delivering interactions that create Castell Rooftop Lounge promoters who return and recommend us to others. You'll also be a part of and contribute to our positive work culture.

Weekends and Brunch availability are a must for this position.

• Strong understanding of genuine hospitality
• Experience working in a high-volume restaurant
• Passion for food and service
• Team player; you have your team's back, and they have yours
• Ability to learn quickly & be flexible
• A good sense of humor
• Must be at least 18 years old
