Nu3s is opening this February—and we’re hiring a skilled Prep Cook to help us launch from the ground up!

This is a startup role
part-time role starting in February. You’ll prep and cook meals, support kitchen operations, and help shape the guest experience at our brand-new Market Café. You’ll work across every station—prep, line, dish, inventory, and cleanup—helping build a smooth, efficient kitchen operation for our grand opening.

• Prepare and cook meals following company recipes
• Assist with food prep, inventory, and kitchen cleanliness
• Maintain food safety and hygiene standards
• Support kitchen operations including dishwashing and deliveries
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth service
• Resolve food-related issues and maintain quality control
• Cross-train and assist in other areas as needed

• Proven experience as a cook or in a busy kitchen
• Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and food safety
• Ability to follow recipes and multitask under pressure
  
  ServSafe certification preferred
• Flexible schedule (early mornings, afternoon, weekends, holidays)
• Team player with strong communication skills
