as a dishwasher/porter you will be tasked with replenishing items, helping to unload supplies from deliveries and preparing cooking sites. An important function in this role is ensuring a kitchen's compliance with all food procedures and safety regulations. Success in this position will be exhibited by prioritizing tasks that significantly impact customer satisfaction.

• wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and/or pans and place in proper storage area
• transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas, by hand or using hand trucks
• clean garbage cans with water and bleach
• maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils in clean and orderly condition
• supports other staff members when needed
• stows away and polishes dishes, cutlery and cookware
• maintains chemical levels and temperatures to comply with safety measures
• transfers equipment and supplies from storage to work area

• ability to execute assigned tasks with precision and speed
• effective communication skills
• ability to lift 50 lbs or more
• prior work experience in kitchen or cleaning roles
• excellent time management skills
• able to stand and move for long periods
