• Location:

• Schedule:
  
  Full‑time on‑call shifts (Monday–Friday, 6 am–2:30 pm / 10 am–6:30 pm).
• Pay: $28.00 per hour.
• Requirement:
  Previous culinary experience in multi‑stations preferred.

Prepares food and serves customers in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations.

• Obtain daily production schedule and preparation requirements from the chef.
• Prepare items on production sheets following established quantities and recipes.
• Complete and follow daily production worksheets and waste log sheets. Taste completed meals to ensure quality.
• Operate and clean equipment per department procedures after each use.
• Store, label and date all food items according to policy. Follow HACCP guidelines.
• Complete all required documentation, reports, and logs.
• Comply with federal, state and local health and sanitation regulations and department sanitation procedures.
• Takes orders from customers and prepares items requiring short preparation time.
• Serve customers efficiently and courteously.
• Complete orders from steam tables and grills and serve customers at multiple stations.
• Use approved food recipes and production standards to ensure proper quality, serving temperatures and standard portion control.
• Resolve customer concerns.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
