COLD FOOD (SALAD) Position

Location:

Paychex UP – 1175 John Street, West Henrietta, NY 14568

Schedule:

Monday – Friday, 6:00 am – 2:30 pm (full-time)

Pay Range: $18.00 – $19.00 per hour (no nights or weekends)

Benefits available after 90 days (medical, dental, vision, etc.)

• Obtain daily production schedule and preparation requirements from Chef.
• Prepare sandwich meats, cheeses, condiments and salads using approved production standards to ensure proper quality, serving temperatures and standard portion control.
• Stock and replenish deli/cold products and condiments following approved merchandising guidelines.
• Carry pans, kettles and trays of food between stations, stove and refrigerator.
• Store food in designated areas following HACCP standard wrapping, dating and rotation procedures.
• Clean, sanitize and maintain counters, work surfaces, refrigeration units and floors in the preparation and serving areas.
• Place meat, cheese or vegetables on cutting board and cut slices to designated thickness; operate slicing machine with appropriate settings.
• Interact with coworkers to ensure compliance with company service standards, inventory and cash control procedures.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment to comply with sanitation, Serv Safe and safety requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Food service experience required.
• Customer service skills required.
• Ability to perform essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation.
