Position: Executive Sous Chef — Lead High‑Volume Hotel Kitchens
Location: New York

A high-volume upscale hotel is seeking an experienced Executive Sous Chef to support daily kitchen operations and lead the culinary team. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, with a focus on quality, teamwork, and cost management. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years in kitchen leadership, including at least 2 years as an Executive Sous Chef in a hotel or high-volume restaurant.

Competitive salary of $90,000 - $95,000 plus benefits.
