Primary PurposeTo prepare and serve coffee and food in our Coach Coffee Shops. This position will be responsible for customer service, which will include taking orders, recommending drinks or food items and ensuring a positive customer experience. Tasks will include operating coffee machines and maintaining cleanliness. Must have knowledge of different coffee types, brewing methods and customization options to meet customer preferences.
Responsibilities- Guest Engagement: Great and assist guests with warmth and authenticity that makes them feel welcomed and look for cues on how we may make their experience fun and memorable.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain deep knowledge of menu merchandise, and Coach brand heritage to seize opportunities to share the craft & quality in all of our products.

Skills:
Meet individual and store sales goals by sharing our different beverages, food, and merchandise options. Identify opportunities to enhance guest experience through customization (e.g., alternative milks, extra shots, larger sizes) and ensure their awareness of limited availability items. - Visual Standard: Support floor sets, replenishment, and visual merchandising standards.
- Operational Excellence: Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked workplace, ensuring proper sanitation and food safety standards are always followed. Operate espresso machines, grinders, and ovens to prepare and serve handcrafted beverages following recipe standards and customer preferences.
- Team

Work closely with team members to solve problems and ensure a seamless guest experience. Support team goals by sharing selling strategies and celebrating wins together.
- Prior experience as a barista or in a cafe setting is preferred.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing cash.
- Available to work flexible hours/shifts that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Can lift and carry items up to 25 lbs.
