As a Crew Person, your daily routine may consist of:

• Having pleasant interactions with customers
• Motivated to inspire customers to leave happier than they came in
• Taking accurate food orders
• Preparing all menu items to Golden Standards
• Partnering with other Crew and Managers to meet target goals during your shift
• Restaurant Cleanliness
• Ensuring items are well stocked

• Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays.
• Meet store operating policies and standards,including providing quality beverages and food products, cash handling andstore safety and security, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Engage with and understand our customers,including discovering and responding to
• customer needs through clear and pleasant communication.
• Prepare food and beverages to standard recipesor customized for customers, including
• recipe changes such as temperature, quantity of ingredients or substituted ingredients
• Available to perform many different tasks withinthe store during each shift.
• Able to learn quickly
• Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions and request
• clarification when needed
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Ability to build relationships
• Ability to lift 25lbs
• Must be able to stand 75% of time while performing job duties
