$11.35 Hourly + tips

• Support servers and the front-of-house team inmaintaininga clean, organized, and efficient dining room.
• Clear, reset, and polish tables swiftly and neatly between courses and seatings.
• Assistin delivering food and beverages, ensuring smooth pacing andtimelyservice.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in service stations, dining areas, and side work zones.
• Monitor water and beverage levels,anticipating guest needs before being asked.
• Collaborate closely with servers, hosts, and management to uphold the flow and timing of service.
• Maintain professionalism and composure in a fast-paced environment while embodying Tallow’s signature warmth and hospitality.
• Treat Our Housewith pride — taking ownership of your section and the details that define it.

• Previous food service or other relevant customer service experience preferred
• Must be able to understand & communicate using basic English
• Ability to stand forlong periodsof time & lift a minimum of 50 pounds
• Maintain avalid Food Handler’s Certification in the state of New York

• Medical insurance available for hourly teammembersaveraging 30+ hours per week.
