As a Lead Cook, you coordinate daily food production while ensuring meals meet quality, portion, and service standards.

You help guide kitchen operations to deliver safe, consistent dining experiences.

What You’ll Do:

Prepare and coordinate meals using standardized recipes and posted menus
Support daily shift supervision in absence of Executive Chef or Dining Service Coordinator
Ensure proper portioning, plate presentation, and dietary modifications
Maintain accurate production sheets and temperature logs
Monitor food storage, rotation (FIFO), and inventory controls
Enforce food safety, sanitation, and HACCP standards
Maintain clean, organized kitchen and work areas
Support compliance with federal and state regulations
