Key Responsibilities:

Expedite food from the kitchen

Clean up buffet areas after cocktail hour Maintain the hygiene and food safety of the cocktail hour food Assist with dinner service, bringing main course items to the tables

Assist with cake cutting and plating

Reset cocktail areas for the next day’s service

Additional responsibilities directed by your Matre’d or Terrace Supervisor Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 20 pounds, stand, walk up and down stairs, for extended period during shift.
