First Bloom in Brooklyn Heights seeks an opening Lead Barista to bring their coffee program to life and train a growing team. You will be the day-to-day point of contact for baristas, ensuring excellent coffee, hospitality, and organized service.
You’ll work with the management team to uphold standards, manage inventory, and deliver a welcoming cafe experience for guests. Previous cafe openings and a passion for great coffee are a plus.
