- Craft cocktails with consistency and precision,showcasinga mastery of classic techniques and recipes.
- Guide guests through our curated beverage program — highlighting wine pairings, cocktails, and aperitifs that enhance their dining experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked barat all times, upholding all safety and sanitation standards.
- Collaborate with servers and support staff to ensure seamless service and consistent guest satisfaction.
- Contribute to an environment of professionalism, teamwork, and pride — every guest interaction should feel likethey’vebeen welcomed into Our House.
- Minimum two (2) years of bartending experience in upscale casual or fine dining settings preferred.
- Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, and classic cocktail preparation.
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently.
- Ability to stand forlong period sand lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
- Maintainavalid Food Handler’s andATAP Alcohol Seller-Server Certification
- Medical insurance available for hourly teammembersaveraging 30+ hours per week.
- 401(k) plan available for employees 21 years or older after one year of employment (12-month period with1,000 hoursof service).
