About the role…We are an established, upscale restaurant seeking a skilled and dependable part-time line cook to join our kitchen team. Ideal candidates are passionate about food, thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in consistency and execution.
What will you be responsible for?- Prepare and execute menu items to the highest standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of your station
- Follow recipes, portioning and plating guidelines
- Assist with prep and setup for service
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service
- Previous line cook experience in a fast-paced kitchen
- Strong knife skills and knowledge of kitchen fundamentals
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Reliable, punctual and team-oriented
- Availability for evenings and weekends
- Part-time (2-3 shifts per week)
