Food Runner - Darien Lake Amphitheater

Role

Concession Runner responsible for delivering food and beverage orders from stands to guests during games and events.

• Work with cashiers and kitchen staff to deliver orders.
• Maintain consistency in attitude and behavior.
• Approach tasks with a “can-do” attitude.
• Make a specific impression on clients.
• Present a cheerful, positive manner.
• Show initiative and act independently as appropriate.
• Work with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment.
• Follow job procedures and supervisor instructions.
• Assist cashiers with customer orders.
• Clean and maintain concession areas.
• Stock and un-stock stand at the beginning and end of the night.
• Maintain professional attitude and appearance.

• Ability to work flexible hours (evenings, weekends, holidays).
• Work under pressure.
• Effective interpersonal and oral communication skills.
• Team player.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Food Safety Certification a plus.
• Pay rate: $16 per hour.

Practice safe work habits, follow all safety policies, procedures and regulations, complete company‑wide safety training and additional job‑specific safety training.
