Responsibilities

Provide exceptional guest service in the Clubs, Suites, or In‑Seat environment.
Interact with guests to ensure satisfaction and exceed their expectations.
Serve food and a variety of beverages, including soda, water, wine, draft beer, and bottled beer.
Work as a team with fellow associates and other service departments within the stadium.
Assist the service staff by clearing, cleaning tables, and running food.
Perform opening, closing, and side work duties as assigned.
Be knowledgeable of other food, beverage, and retail outlets within the stadium.
Practice safe work habits, follow all safety policies and procedures and regulations, and complete company‑wide safety training and any additional job‑specific safety training.

Qualifications

All applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
Ability to interact with co‑workers to maintain compliance with company service standards.
Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations, and etiquette.
Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented setting.
Proficient in reading, speaking, and writing English.
Ability to lift and transport items weighing 10–30 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds.
Flexibility to work all events, including extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Physical capability to perform production tasks such as constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods.
Minimum of 2–3 years working in a fast‑paced high‑end club or restaurant.
High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred).

Pay Rate: $16 per hour
