SUMMARY: Serves meals to members and guests in dining outlet.

• Presents menu,answers questions,andmakessuggestionsregardingfoodandservice.
• Greetsmembersbyname,greets members’guestsandfamilybylearningnamesfrom reservation sheet, asking management, or other staff members.
• Learnsdailyfood,drink,wineand/orbeveragespecialstopresenttomembersand/or their guests.
• Attendsdailylineupsatscheduled time.
• Learns members’foodand/ordrinkpreferencesandrecordsthemforotherteam members.
• Enters guest’sfoodordersanddrinkordersonI-Pad,writesorentersthroughPOS system.
• Garnishesanddecorates dishespreparatorytoserving.
• Servesmembersfrom chafingdishtotable.
• Carves meats,fishand fowl,andpreparesflamingdishesanddessertsatmember’stable.
• Observesmembersandgueststorespondtoanyadditionalrequestsandtodetermine when meal has been completed.
• Ladles soup, tosses salads, portions pies and desserts, brews coffee, and performs other services as determined by food and beverage outlet size and practices.
• Followsupwith members/guests during their dining experience.
• Clearsandresetscountersortablesatconclusion ofeachcourse.
• Responsible to set up and breakdown of restaurants based on daily functions – moving tables, chairs, decorations, or any other item that may be required to enhance or change the dining or event experience.

High school diploma or equivalent and minimum of 6 months prior experience in a club ordining establishment.

Must be knowledgeable in Word, and Excel.

Ability to pick up and learn other computer programs as may be required.

Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.

Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
