Restaurant Associates is seeking a full-time Catering Captain at Hudson Valley Community College in Troy, NY. The role coordinates catering staff schedules and ensures timely delivery, serving, and clearing of functions under supervision.
May drive a truck to deliver food and beverages to events. Qualifications require prior catering captain experience and a valid driver’s license; food handler and/or alcohol server permits may be required by state law.
